One glance at the massive bottle cooler and it’s tough to take your eyes off of it. About 480 different beers fill the cooler from at least 25 different countries. While most stick around, many seasonal beers come and go pending the time of year. Our bottle list changes every few months to give our regulars a "good read", but the best way to see what we offer is to come in and enjoy the spectacle that is the COOLER!

Lager is a category of beer that differs from an Ale by the yeast fermenting in the bottom of the vessel at lower temperatures for longer periods of time (hence the definition). With several varieties of Lagers with varying taste and alcohol, they are typically light in color and virtually transparent. Taste characteristics are typically light in nature with a minimal amount of hops and malt.

This category of beer uses yeast that ferments at the “top” of the fermentation vessel typically at higher temperatures than lager yeast (60°-75°F), which, as a result, makes for a quicker fermentation period (7-8 days or less). Ale yeasts are known to produce by-products called esters, which are “flowery” and “fruity” aromas ranging, but not limited to apple, pear, pineapple, grass, hay, plum, and prune.
